Returns & Refunds policy

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by My Swiss PA, operated by Christophe Parisod.

1. Nature of Services

Our services are personalized, time-based, and tailored to individual client needs. As such, refunds are generally not applicable once work has commenced.

2. Cancellations

Clients may cancel a scheduled service:

  • At least 24 hours in advance: no charge

  • Less than 24 hours before: may be charged partially or in full

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Service not delivered

  • Significant failure to meet agreed terms

Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Partial Refunds

If a service has been partially delivered, a proportional refund may be considered.

5. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural events, technical failures, government actions).
